Parking & Shuttle Service

As we have a minor limitation on parking at the event site, several options/arrangements have been made for additional parking nearby. First, for those coming from out of town who are staying at the Embassy Suites Hotel – they will be providing a shuttle service both to-and-from the site. Lunch is being provided so there is no need for you to leave during the day or to have personal transportation.

Second, a nearby church – St. Timothy’s Episcopal Church – has graciously agreed to permit us to park in their lot and walk over. It is a quick 2-minute walk, but if the weather turns bad we will have a someone with an SUV picking up people parking at the church lot.
